The Guidelines for Consultants Reporting on Contaminated Land form part of a series of statutory guidelines made or approved by the EPA to support the administration of the CLM Act. The newly updated guidelines were released on 4th April 2020 and came into effect immediately, replacing the 2011 edition. These guidelines have been revised to reflect current legislation, technical guidance and best practice as well as public submissions on the consultation draft.
