In November 2017 the NSW Government passed legislation to update the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). The changes to the Act commenced on Thursday 1 March 2018. The Department of Planning and Environment have created a Guide to the updated Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
