Presenters Bios:
Steve has over twenty years of consulting experience. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Melbourne in addition to a Masters of Engineering Science (Groundwater Studies) from the University of New South Wales. His core areas of expertise are in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and groundwater contamination issues. Steve is an accredited contaminated sites auditor in Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia and is the current ACLCA SA President.
Larissa is an accredited Site Contamination Auditor in South Australia under Division 4 of Part 10A of the Environment Protection Act 1993. She has also recently been appointed by DWER as a Contaminated Sites Auditor in Western Australia under section 69 of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 (WA). She is a Principal Environmental Engineer with over 27 years of combined experience as an environmental consultant in the private sector, and 2 years working for the environmental regulator, the SA EPA. Larissa currently works for Australian Environmental Auditors and has broad expertise in the assessment of contaminated land and has assisted in conducting site contamination audits in SA, Vic and WA.
