One of the core values and aims of ACLCA is to provide relevant, topical and up-to-date training and professional development to its members, so that individuals within member companies can and will maintain and improve the technical and professional standards and skills of member companies. ACLCA Qld are running foundation training in 2025 on Environmental Site Assessment geared towards graduates and new entries into the industry and CPD Module Workshops targeted to more experience practitioners.

Presenter: Georgina Kerr, Associate, Environment and Planning, Aurecon. Georgina is a suitably qualified environmental scientist with 14 years’ experience working in the contaminated land and environmental impact assessment fields across Australia. She has managed a wide range of contaminated soil and groundwater projects from investigation stages through to remediation and validation stages. Her favourite pastime is taking large complicated datasets and turning them into a clear and easily understood reports.
