Eurofins invite ACLCA Early Career Professionals (ECPs) to tour their new laboratory facilities followed by a presentation and refreshments.
The laboratory tour will take ECPs behind the scenes and shed light on the varying laboratory analysis processes, challenges encountered and what ECPs can do to facilitate a smooth workflow. The tour will cover:
- Site introduction, PPE requirements and a general overview of site operations.
- Walk through the new laboratory space tailored around ‘flow’. From sample receipt (flagging key points at the sample receipt), through to each step of the laboratory process there-after across each laboratory department.
- Deep dive into the PFAS analysis process.
- Introduction to laboratory QA/QC – insight into how and what is measured, and what it means on your final report.
Above all else, the tour will provide a chance for ECPs to ask questions and engage with the team at Eurofins.
