The Early Career Professionals Subcommittee have again invited Robbie Johns, SLR Consulting. to present another workshop as part of soft skills series workshops. Robbie’s presentations are of great benefit for Qld ECP’s.

Presentation: Career management – planning for a fulfilling career in contaminated land consulting’.

Robbie’s presentation will discuss

By the end of the presentation, you will have a solid understanding of the essential principals that underpin becoming an accomplished contaminated land consultant.

Presenter: Robbie is the Technical Discipline Manager for the Land Quality and Remediation team at SLR. He has been working in the field of contaminated land management since 2004 and is a Certified Environmental and Contaminated Site Practitioner. He is passionate about finding innovative, practical, cost effective and sustainable methods for unlocking the value of contaminated sites for his clients.  As a technical lead and senior project manager he has successfully led the delivery of a variety of multi-disciplinary contaminated land investigation and remediation projects across Australia and internationally. He has worked for a variety of clients over various markets including but not limited to transport, energy, large infrastructure, urban development, defence, petrochemical and resources.  Robbie leads EIANZ’s mentoring program in SEQ and enjoys giving back to the next generation of environmental practitioners.
