Join the ACLCA Qld Early Career Professionals Subcommittee for an evening of networking, inspiration, and shared experiences over drinks and food.
This event is all about building confidence in public speaking in a supportive, casual environment — and we want you to take the mic!
🎤 Theme:
“Encouraging Public Speaking for Early Career Professionals – A Night of ECP Presentations”
Whether your topic is technical, practical, or just plain interesting, we invite early career professionals to give a short presentation and share insights, lessons learned, or memorable stories with your peers.
🧠 Presentation Topics Could Include:
- A day in the life of an ECP
- Your path into contaminated land
- Recent key learnings
- Project Example – A unique or challenging project you’ve worked on
- Expectation Vs Reality
- Summary of your thesis or research project
- Best field hacks or creative problem-solving
- Or anything else you’ve learned in the field!

Submissions are open for solo or joint presentations (2–3 people).
Time slots: 5–15 minutes
