Queensland chapter of ACLCA was held the Annual General Meeting and Social Event on 3 July 2025. Venue: Stock Exchange Hotel, Fortitude Valley.

The 2025-2026 Executive Committee was introduced. Introducing 2025-26 ACLCA QLD Chapter Executive Committee – ACLCA
Appreciation was extended to 2024-2025 Executive Committee. Special gratitude was offered to exiting President, Helen Jones (WSP).
Vice President 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021. President 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025
Gratitude was also offered to Phil Schulz (JBS&G) 2024-2025 committee member and previous Vice President.
Prior the AGM, a Special Resolution meeting was held where Membership ratified the proposed updated ACLCA Qld Chapter Constitution. Constitution ACLCA QLD CHAPTER – ACLCA
Proposed changes to update the Constitution were to reflect updated model rules guidance introduced by Office of Fair Trade for Incorporated Associations on 1st August 2025.
